Picked Up (A) \u2013 When the status is In Sorting Warehouse Picked Up (A) is added<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>8. Picked Up \u2013 Driver or API Courier Company has Picked the parcel Up<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>9. Bad Sender Address \u2013 Pick Up Exception, when the Driver cannot find the Sender\u2019s location<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>10. Sender Not Available \u2013 When the Driver cannot reach the Sender<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>11. Parcel Not Ready \u2013 When the parcel is not ready for Pick Up<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>12. Sender Mobile Switched Off \u2013 When the Driver tried to call the Sender but his\/her phone was switched off<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>13. Sender Mobile Wrong or Incomplete \u2013 When the Driver tried to call the Sender but his\/her number was incomplete or wrong<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>14. Sender Mobile No Response \u2013 When the Driver tried to reach Sender but he\/she is not responding to Driver\u2019s call<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>15. Pick Up Address is Out of Service Area \u2013 When the address of the Sender is not covered by the Courier Company<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>16. Future Pickup Requested \u2013 When Sender was not available at the location and asked to for pickup for another date<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>17. Sender Address Change Requested \u2013 When the Sender asked to change his\/her pickup location<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>18. Unable to Access Sender Premises or Closed \u2013 When Driver cannot get the Sender\u2019s permission\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>19. Prohibited Items \u2013 The list of the items are not allowed to deliver<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>20. Incorrect Packaging \u2013 When the parcel packed incorrectly for delivery<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>21. No AWB Printed \u2013 When the Sender didn\u2019t print the AWB and parcel is not picked up due to this issue<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>22. Arrived at Delivery Address \u2013 Driver reached the delivery address<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>36. Delivery on Hold \u2013 Delivery is on Hold<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>37.
