This setting allows you to define the terms and conditions that describe the rules that apply<\/strong> to fulfilling a particular order for your customers. Buyers and sellers must agree to the terms and conditions in order to place and deliver an order. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How To Set Up Your T&C on Shipox<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As a logistics provider you can set up your terms, please follow the steps below<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mandatory Fields to Setup your Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n
  1. Navigate to Options from the left – top.<\/li>
  2. Settings > Settings Dashboard > Terms Settings.<\/strong><\/li>
  3. Click on the \u2018+\u2019 to add a new term<\/li>
  4. Give a name to your term and this is the name that would be visible at the customer\/merchant end as well (Mandatory field).<\/li>
  5. Select the language in which the terms and conditions would be displayed (Mandatory field), we support the following languages,
    – English
    – Arabic
    – French
    – Hungarian
    – Lao
    – Mongolian
    – Russian
    – Serbian
    – Spanish
    – Turkish

  6. Choose the Terms settings Type,
    1. Public Terms<\/li>
    2. Public Prohibits<\/li>
    3. COD Terms<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
    4. Visibility, It can either be ‘Yes’ or ‘No’<\/strong> which means you can decide whether these terms and conditions should be visible to your customers when they are placing an order. <\/li>
    5. Required, It can either be ‘Yes’ or ‘No’<\/strong> which means you can make it mandatory for your customers to read and check it to place an Order. <\/li>
    6. Once done, You can type the terms and condition in the text box that is given. You’ve an option to edit the font style, formatting, inserting of table\/images and lot more. <\/li>
    7. Once done, Click on the ‘SAVE<\/strong>‘ button at the left bottom. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
